Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • items marked as final sale

  • intimate or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)

  • used, damaged, or altered items

  • items returned without prior approval

  • items returned after the 14-day window

Return Request Process

  • clear photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order once a return has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
